A field visit was conducted in Rangamati from 15th July to 18th July 2025, to assess progress under the Climate Resilient Livelihoods Improvement and Watershed Management in the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) Sector Project.

The team began with a courtesy meeting at the Project Director's Office of CRLIWM-CHT. Despite being newly assigned, the Project Director emphasized the importance of deploying expert personnel familiar with the region's unique challenges.A follow-up meeting was held with LGED representatives, including the Project Director and an individual consultant supervising ongoing road projects.At Green Hill NGO, the team learned about community-level implementation through Para Development Committees.

During the meeting with the Chittagong Hill Tracts Regional Council (CHTRC), officials reaffirmed their strong interest in working with consulting firms familiar with the CHT context.
