The "Project for Development of Policy and Guidelines for Transit Oriented Development Along Mass Transit Corridors" in Bangladesh, supported by JICA, is a technical cooperation project to create and implement policies for developing urban centers around Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations. • Policy, Urban development and Institutional Analysis
  Deployment of national-level consultants to analyze urban development controls, urban institutions, real estate growth trends, land–transport integration, redevelopment opportunities, property (real estate) rights, and land ownership records.

• Surveys and Assessments
  Conducting surveys and studies on Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), TOD station typology, urban growth direction, land use, land ownership, property evaluation, traffic patterns, and infrastructure implementation categories.

• Design and Mapping
  Preparation of design concepts and mapping using SketchUp, GIS, and CAD-based tools.
