NKB Action Plan for Sustainability Management
Aligned with the Group Sustainability Policy and Framework, Nippon Koei Bangladesh (NKB) has developed its first Sustainability Action Plan. Covering July 2025 to June 2027, the plan focuses on three key pillars of sustainability (ESG) and sets measurable targets. It is designed to be dynamic, with goals and KPIs updated as needed to reflect changing priorities.

NKB Sustainability Promotion
With a strong emphasis on sustainability management, NKB's management philosophy forms the foundation of our mission and vision. Sustainability, in our opinion, is balancing environmental preservation, economic expansion, and social well-being in order to meet present requirements without endangering the capacity of future generations to meet their own.
In accordance with the Group's Sustainability Policy, we actively support sustainability as ID&E Group member. Established in 2022, the ID&E Group's Sustainability Fundamental Policy reinforces our shared obligation to address social and environmental issues, adapt to changing societal expectations, and help creating a society that is truly sustainable.
In 2024, ID&E introduced the Sustainability Management Framework to guide unified efforts across the Group. It defines our Sustainability Goals (vision for 2045), Commitments/Targets (first steps toward achieving those goals), and policies and action guidelines for key issues. To remain in line with changing societal demands, the Framework will be examined and revised on a regular basis. NKB developed its own action plan as a commitment to a cohesive strategy in accordance with the ID&E Group's sustainability goal and Sustainability Management Framework.
